"Rice + Buckwheat" is a line of unique gluten-free flour mixtures that allow you to quickly prepare almost any type of yeast-free baking. 


Gluten-free formulas are certified by the Crossed Ear symbol, which complies with the Association of European Coeliac Societies (AOECS) standard.

The mixture does not contain eggs and milk, as well as starch, flavors and thickeners. This makes them suitable for all categories of the population, in particular for vegetarians, vegans and those on a special diet that excludes the use of eggs, gluten, milk or starch!

1. Rice+buckwheat flour

2. Rice + buckwheat flour for gingerbread and cakes
This mixture is best for baking gingerbread, muffins and other sweet pastries.
Ingredients: buckwheat from unsteamed buckwheat, rice flour, baking powder - sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), acidity regulator - citric acid, sugar, cinnamon, ginger.

3. Rice+buckwheat flour with tomatoes and herbs
This mixture is best for lovers of spices and bright taste.
Ingredients: buckwheat from non-steamed buckwheat, rice flour, dried chopped tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, garlic, baking powder - sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), acidity regulator - citric acid, salt.
