"Rice+buckwheat" is a unique line of gluten-free flour mixtures that allow you to quickly cook almost any kind of yeast-free pastry. The absence of gluten is confimed by the Crossed Grain Trademark, which conforms to the standards of the Association of European Coeliac Societies (AOECS). The mixture does not contain eggs or milk, as well as starch, flavorings or thickeners. This makes it possible to be consumed by almost all categories of the population, in particular by vegetarians, vegans and those excluding eggs, gluten, milk or starch from their diet. The line "Rice+buckwheat" includes 4 products: the all-purpose mixture "Rice+buckwheat", "Rice+buckwheat" for gingerbread and muffins, "Rice + buckwheat" with kelp and sunflower and "Rice+buckwheat" with tomatoes and herbs.
